Shipping Update - Online Bike Purchases

Dispatch time for new bikes purchased is currently 1-3 day leadtime from ordering. Please keep this in mind during the purchasing process and we will keep you updated as the bike becomes available to ship. We will always contact you directly prior shipping to arrange a delivery date. Please contact us directly for any urgent requirements.

Clothing, accessories and other smaller items are not currently affected by delays.

Please check prior if goods are purchased from in-store (3-5 days) or warehouse stock (7-10 day) for delivery timeline.

Workshop current wait time is 1 week for free slots, so make sure you speak to our workshop team and they will give you the best booking time/slot for your requirements.

Important - Please Read Before Placing Cycle to Work Order

Please ensure you include all charges in the voucher value requested from your employer, including any surcharges or delivery charges that are applicable and request a voucher type that can be used at any retailer where possible.

Your order will not be dispatched until payment of all fees has been made, and we are unable to refund any part of the voucher value that is not utilised.

We can take a deposit (fully refundable) to reserve your chosen bike if you are yet to obtain a Cycle to Work voucher. Please contact us directly to arrange and we will respond within 24 hours (Mon-Sat).

SALE and Discounted items

We allow the purchase of sale items via the Cycle to Work scheme however, please note, we apply a minimum 10% surcharge on all sale items purchased through the scheme unless otherwise stated below:

Please ensure you include any surcharges in the value of your voucher. We are unable to dispatch any order without all fees paid. We will contact you when we process your order to take payment of such fees. Please contact the store directly via email or phone so we can provide you with the final cost for your chosen bike. Price Matching

At Alf Jones Cycles, we strive to offer competitive prices. If you find a lower price on an identical item at a qualifying retailer, we will do our best to match that price whenever possible.

How It Works:

  1. Find a Lower Price: If you find a lower price on an identical item from a qualifying retailer, let us know.
  2. Request a Price Match: Provide us with the relevant details, including the competitor's website, price, and the date you found the lower price.
  3. We’ll Review Your Request: Our team will review the information and, if possible, match the competitor's price.
