Step 2: Align the chain to the centre cog so it can be rotated backwards without derailing. Step 3: Rotate pedals backwards and apply foam directly to the chain by gently pressing the nozzle. Step 4: Stop when the foam covers the entire length of the chain. Step 5: Apply a small amount to your fingers, rotate pedals backwards, and apply to the rear cassette. Step 6: Allow foam to soak in for a few minutes. Step 7: Once the foam has turned to liquid, slot the chain into the Chain Cleaning Sponge. Step 8: Hold the sponge and rotate the chain backwards for up to 20 seconds. Step 9: Use the Gear Cleaning Brush to thoroughly brush the cassette, jockey wheels, and chainrings. Step 10: Rinse gears, chain, and chainset thoroughly with water. Step 11: Dry off using a cloth or allow to air dry before applying lube.
