Transiro Hydra Aeroweave Carbon is a top-quality triathlon racing shoe from Fi'zi:k. It features a cutting-edge second-generation Aeroweave upper and a stiff carbon outsole, making it perfect for efficient pedalling and fast, hassle-free transitions.With transitions becoming increasingly crucial in triathlon events, we have redesigned our tri-shoe range to meet the needs of the most demanding athletes. The Transiro Hydra is equipped with a single Velcro strap for quicker and worry-free transitions. This design eliminates the risk of costly mistakes and provides the necessary foot support for optimal performance in every race situation.The Aeroweave upper ensures maximum breathability, thanks to its innovative construction. This second-generation woven fabric blends nylon fibres with thermoplastic polymers, resulting in a lighter shoe that maintains its strength and support during competition. Additionally, the new upper is softer, making it ideal for athletes who prefer wearing their shoes without socks during the biking segment.At the base, the R2 outsole is constructed from engineered carbon fibre, which reduces weight and increases stiffness. It has a stiffness index rating of 10, making it the most responsive outsole in the fizik range. The wide vent inlet and deep internal channelling provide cooling airflow, aiding in temperature regulation.
