The Mavic Ksyrium Elite Road Shoe provide riders with a plethora of great features for price that isn't going to bust your wallet. One such feature is the Energy Carbon Comp sole. This extra-light and stiff outsole is astounding at only 6mm thin. The stiffness and lightweight construction of the sole means that the maximum amount of energy is transferred from your legs to the road as none is dissipated in the flex of the shoe.

Anti-slip trim on the front and back of the shoes' soles means you can walk confidently into the cafe for coffee without having to worry about slipping over.

Inside we find the ErgoFit 3D OrthoLite® insole; the same insole as used in Mavic's top of the range shoes for great support and moisture management, no matter how long your ride is.

Forming the base of the upper, we find the Endofit Tongue, which is designed to closely hug the foot in a manner that alleviates pressure point build-up whilst also snuggly enveloping the entire top of the foot.

The rest of the upper is constructed from a supple synthetic leather and mesh combination to provide breathability and air-flow. The closure system features the upgraded Ergo ratchet for lightweight and highly precise adjustment, alongside two comfort straps that do away with pressure point pain.
