Join us at Alf Jones Cycles for a special evening with ultra-distance cyclist, filmmaker & Giant Bicycles Athlete Josh Reid.

We’ll be screening his powerful documentary, Life in the Mid Pack, which follows his journey through the legendary Tour Divide — one of the toughest self-supported bike races in the world.

Spanning over 2,700 miles from Banff, Canada to the US-Mexico border, the Tour Divide is a true test of endurance, resilience and mental strength. Life in the Mid Pack, as previously shwon at the Kendal Mountain Film Festival, offers a raw and honest look at ultra-distance racing — not from the front of the race, but from within the heart of the field — where grit, camaraderie and determination define the experience. 

After the screening, Josh will host a live Q&A session, sharing behind-the-scenes stories, lessons learned from the trail, insights into ultra-endurance cycling, and answering your questions about training, mindset, bike setup and adventure riding.
